500 FREE miles per DAY
$.25 per mile thereafter.
(But 500 miles a day is a bunch)

Due to popular demand, we are renting full-size,12 passenger vans.

These are safer then the extended 15-passenger vans and easier to drive.

Special cancellation policies apply to the rental of a 12-passenger van.

If you cancel your 12-passenger van reservation more than 60 days in advance of the date of the reservation, you will receive a complete refund. Cancellations made 30-60 days in advance of the date of the reservation will receive a refund of 50% of the amount you paid. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of the date of the reservation will not receive any refund. Date changes will be allowed with no additional charges subject to availability.

To rent ANY car, truck, or van from us, you need to:

Be at least 25 years old, (some exceptions apply for corporate and service customers, please ask)
Have a valid USA driver's license in your possession.
Have your own FULL-COVERAGE insurance. Some rental providers sell "insurance". It's really NOT insurance but is called LDW or CDW . That stands for "loss damage waiver" or "collision damage waiver", and typically costs an extra $10- $20 per day. We can't do that, so you MUST have full-coverage insurance that will extend to cover the rented vehicle. Some insurance companies (like Safe Auto) don't cover rented cars. if you have any questions about what your policy covers, ask your agent
Have a major credit card with available credit in the renter's name. We're sorry, but we do NOT accept "pre-paid" credit cards to rent a car, but you may use your pre-paid car to pay for the rental upon return

We're sorry, but we're not able to rent you a car if you don't have a valid USA driver's license in your possession. Traffic tickets are not licenses, nor are photocopies of driver's licenses. This is a State law. If you've lost your license, you can get a replacement at the Secretary of State's office on Old Route 13 west of Carbondale. (Click here for directions)
